# How To Convert Percentage To GPA In Pakistan?

The Grade Point Average (GPA) in Pakistan is calculated as Mark Scale 4 and the Mark Scale 5 to measure Student's performance. The marks obtained by the students out of 100 is being converted to the grade scale of 5 or 4 depending upon the number of subjects. The students will be rated with the numerical values from 0 to 5 in Pakistan Grading System. Student 'A' has scored 67% and Student 'B' has scored 78% out of 100. How to convert percentage of marks of both the students into CGPA as per the Pakistan Mark Scale 4.00 and 5.00

As per the Pakistan Grading System Mark Scale 4.00 , the percentage of 67% lies in the range of 60 - 69 and 78 % lies in the range 70 - 79. Therefore, The equivalent Grade point of marks scored by Student 'A' will be ranging from 2.50 - 2.87 and the equivalent CGPA of marks scored by Student 'B' will be ranging from 2.88 - 3.24

As per the Pakistan Grading System Mark Scale 5.00 , the percentage of 67% lies in the range of 60 - 69 and 78 % lies in the range 70 - 79.

Therefore, The equivalent Grade point of marks scored by Student 'A' will be ranging from 3.5 - 3.87 and the equivalent CGPA of marks scored by Student 'B' will be ranging from 3.88 - 4.24
