#### Formula:

t = 4.99087 * (42.5 - s)^{1.81}
e = 0.11193 * (254 - m)^{1.88 }
h = 9.23076 * (26.7 - x)^{1.835}
j = 1.84523 * (y - 75.0)^{1.348}
l = 0.188807 * (z - 210)^{1.41}
p = 56.0211 * (d - 1.50)^{1.05}
q = 15.9803 * (w - 3.80)^{1.04}
**Where,**
t = Two Hundred Metres Points
s = Time Taken For Two Hundred Meters
e = Eight Hundred Metres Points
m = Time Taken For Eight Hundred Meters
h = Hundred Metres Hurdles
x = Time Taken For Hundred Metres Hurdles
j = High Jump Points
y = CentiMeters Jumped in High Jump
l = Long Jump Points
z = CentiMeters Jumped in Long Jump
p = Shot Put Points
d = Distance Thrown (Shot Put)
q = Javelin Throw Points
w = Distance Thrown(Javelin Throw)
The women heptathlon point system was first found by a Viennese mathematician, Dr Karl Ulbrich. It is usually conducted for women (both senior and junior).
