Dots per Inch in short termed as DPI or dpi or mouse dpi. It is an estimate of partial printing or video dot density. It is nothing but a number of individual dots placed in a line within the span of 1 inch. Printers with higher DPI produce most quality and detailed output. This calculator allows you to calculate the Dots Per Inch (DPI) new sensitivity given the current sensitivity and DPI value.
Current DPI is 23 , and sensitivity is 106 , New Mouse DPI is 12 , then
New Sensitivity = (23 x 106) / 12
= 203.1667 .
