The sit-up is an abdominal endurance training exercise. Sit-ups are performed to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles. This is one of the major events organized to test the physical ability of the army soldier in selection and training process. Below given is the Army Sit up Chart for Female. The US APFT Standards helps you to know how much sit-ups you should do to get a 100% score in your physical fitness test. A Soldier must score a minimum of 60 points to pass the test.
Army Sit up Chart for Female shows the number of sit-ups and its equivalent score for the people of different age groups. As per US APFT Standards, people of age group 27-31 must do a maximum number (82) of sit ups to attain 100% whereas age group 47-56 can attain 100% score with only 66 sit ups.
