US Army Push up Standards

A push up (or press-up) is a common calisthenics exercise. The push ups are done by raising and lowering the body using the arms in a prone position. Push ups are a barebones muscle-building exercise. Below given is the US Army Push Up Standards for female, which can be used to rate a person's physical fitness. The Female APFT chart helps you to know how much push ups you need to get 100% score in your physical fitness test. A Soldier must score a minimum of 60 % to pass each test.

US Army Push up Standards for female shows the points for the number of push ups done by people of different age groups ranging from 17 to 56. As per the Female APFT Chart, people of age group 27-31 should complete a maximum of 50 push ups whereas, only 31 pushups is enough for the people of age group 52 - 56 to score 100 points.
