UAE Overtime Salary Calculator

Overtime in UAE is calculated based on UAE Labour LAW. Which states that
- Over time is calculated on the basis of basic salary only
- Normal working hours should not exceed 8hrs per day or 48 hrs per week
- Additional hours worked will be considered as overtime
- 1.5 times basic salary on overtime between 9.00 PM to 4.00 AM
- 1.25 times basic salary on overtime between 4.00 AM to 9.00 PM
- 1.5 times basic salary on non compensated Friday overtimes
- 1.5 times basic salary on holiday with one day leave or 2.5 times basic salary on holiday overtimes

  2. Administrative Supervisory Roles
  3. Crews of naval ships and Marine employees
