EAC = AC + BUEC (For Scenario 1) EAC = BAC / CPI (For Scenario 2) CPI = EV / AC EAC = AC + (BAC - EV) (For Scenario 3) EAC = AC + ((BAC - EV) / ( CPI * SPI)) (For Scenario 4) SPI = EV / PV Where, EAC = Estimate at Completion BAC = Budget at Completion AC = Actual Cost BUEC = Bottom up Estimate to Complete CPI = Cost Performance Index EV = Earned Value AC = Actual Cost PV = Planned Value SPI = Schedule Performance Index
