Injury Severity Score (ISS) is an anatomical scoring system that assesses and provides an overall score for the patients with multiple injuries. The score is determined by one of the six body regions, the head, face, chest, abdomen, extremities (including Pelvis) and external injuries. ISS score takes values between 0 to 75.
