Commutation :

In mathematics, Commutation refers to Commutative property. It is used in the binary operation. An order is said to be commutative when changing the order of operands does not make changes in the result. Many mathematical properties are based on commutative property. It is more generally associated with binary operations and functions.


Example :

3 + 9 = 9 + 3 5 x 7 = 7 x 5 This is commutative operations. 9 - 5 ≠ 5 - 9 This is said to be non-commutative operations.
