BPM = (HRmax - Age) x % IN Where, BPM = Heart Beat per Minute HRmax = Based on Intensity (For Male 220 and Female 226) IN = Weight Loss Percentage

Example:

Calculate heart beat rate for a 30 aged male having a weight loss intensity of 50%.

Solution:

BPM = (HRmax - Age) x % IN
= (220 - 30) x (50/100)
= 95
