For Men : 10 x weight (kg) + 6.25 x height (cm) - 5 x Age + 5 For Women : 10 x weight (kg) + 6.25 x height (cm) - 5 x Age - 161

A 25 years female weighing 50 kgs and 154 cms tall will have a RMR rate of?
RMR rate= 10 x 50 + 6.25 x 154 - 5 x 25 - 161
= 1176. 5
