**For Men, **
Harris-Benedict Equation = (13.7516 x w) + (5.0033 x h) - (6.775 x a) + 66.4730
Mifflin St Jeor Equation = (10 x w) + (6.25 x h) - (5 x a) + 5
**For Women, **
Harris-Benedict Equation = (9.563 x w) + (1.85 x h) - (4.676 x a) + 655.1
Mifflin St Jeor Equation = (10 x w) + (6.25 x h) - (5 x a) - 161
Katch-McArdle Equation (lbm) = (w * (100-Body Fat))/100
BMR = 370 + (21.6 * lbm)
Avg = (Mifflin St Jeor Equation + Harris-Benedict Equation+ BMR) / 3
TDEE = Avg * Exercise

### Example:

Calculate Eat to Perform (ETP) / TDEE for a 24 aged male who has weight of 58 kg and height as 162 cm.

#### Solution:

Harris-Benedict Equation = (13.7516 x w) + (5.0033 x h) - (6.775 x a) + 66.4730

= (13.7516 x 58) + (5.0033 x 162) - (6.775 x 24) + 66.4730

= 1511.886 Calories

Mifflin St Jeor Equation = (10 x w) + (6.25 x h) - (5 x a) + 5

= (10 x 58) + (6.25 x 162) - (5 x 24) + 5

= 1477.5 Calories
