Example

A 30 year man weighing 50 kgs, having a serum creatinine of 10 mg / dl what is Creatinine Clearance Value?

Creatinine Clearance Value = (140 - 30 ) * 50 / 72 * 10
= 110 * 5 / 72
= 7.64 ml / min
