S = TJC + SJC + PGA + MGA


Where,

S = Score
TJC = Tender Joint Count
SJC = Swollen Joint Count
PGA = Patient Global Assessment of Disease Activity
MGA = Medical Care provider Global Assessment of Disease Activity
