Area of a Sector Formula

The line segments that join the two ends of an arc formed in a circle is called as the sector. The formula to find the sector of the angle uses radius and sector angle formed by the chord and arc, measured in degrees.

Area of Sector = 1/2 × Radius of Circle × Sector Angle
