Formula:

f = n - c - d + a Where, f = Free Cash Flow n = Net Income c = Capital Expenditures d = Changes in Working Capital a = Amortization / Depreciation

Free Cash Flow

Let us consider the net income as $1250000, capital expenditure as $50000, changes in working capital as $20000 and depreciation as $5000

     FCF = 1250000 - 50000 - 20000 + 5000
     FCF = 1185000
Therefore, FCF is $1185000
