HL = (t * log2) / log(b / e)

t = Elapsed Time
b = Beginning Amount
e = Ending Amount

#### Example

**Calculate the half life time (t 1/2), for zinc of 300 g initially and 100 g finally in radioactivity with an elapsed time of 50 days**

HL = (50 x log2) / log (300 / 100)

HL = 31.5465 days
