Formulas to calculate Glomerular Filtration Rate(Jelliffe Method):

GFR for male :
[ 98 - 0.8 x (age - 20) ] x BSA / [1.73 x Serum Creatinine]
GFR for female :
GFR(females) = GFR(males) x 0.9

where,
BSA= Body Surface Area.

NOTE:
RENAL IMPAIRMEMT
Normal : >85 mL/min
Mild impairment: 60-85 mL/min
Moderate impairment: 30-59 mL/min
Severe impairment: < 30 mL/min
