To estimate the free fatty acid in feed.
For feed:
Weigh 20g of the feed and extract the oil from it using soxlet apparatus,then add 10ml of ethanol and mix properly,also add a drop of phenolpthalein and titre it against 0.143N sodium hydroxide.End point is the appearence of pale permanent pink colour.
